These terms govern your use of RivalyScope, including website analysis, reports, billing credits, exports, and share links.

Use of the platform
RivalyScope provides competitor website analysis, AI-assisted recommendations, report generation, billing credits, and related workflow tools for business and agency use. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and for submitting URLs and content you are allowed to analyze.
Connected third-party accounts
If optional third-party account integrations are enabled in the future, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage connected accounts. RivalyScope may depend on third-party APIs and permissions, and features may be limited if those providers restrict access, permissions, review status, or available data.
AI-assisted outputs
Reports and recommendations may include AI-assisted analysis or automated scoring. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before business, marketing, legal, financial, or technical decisions are made.
No guarantee of results
RivalyScope does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, conversions, social media growth, reach, engagement, followers, revenue, or business outcomes. The platform helps identify opportunities and priorities, but results depend on implementation quality, market conditions, third-party platforms, and many factors outside our control.
Billing, credits, and subscriptions
Some features use credits or plan-based access. Website analyses and competitor finder searches may consume separate credits. Paid plans, one-time purchases, subscription renewals, upgrades, and taxes are processed through Stripe where available. Credits and access may be limited by plan rules shown in the product.
Third-party service availability
RivalyScope relies on third-party services including hosting, Supabase, Stripe, search APIs, website crawling, technical audit APIs, and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, API limits, or data availability issues caused by third-party services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the application, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, upload malicious content, connect accounts you are not authorized to manage, or use reports to misrepresent results.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Contact milan@miaisolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Reports, exports, and share links
Reports, PDFs, exports, and share links are provided for practical business use. You are responsible for reviewing shared materials before sending them to clients, developers, team members, or third parties. Public share links should only be enabled when you intend the report to be accessible by link.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RivalyScope and MIAI LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, ranking changes, platform restrictions, or lost opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of RivalyScope after updates means you accept the revised terms.
