Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how RivalyScope users can request deletion of account data, reports, and connected integration data.

Deletion request email

Send requests to milan@miaisolutions.com. We aim to review valid requests promptly after account ownership is verified.

Account and report data

You can request deletion of your RivalyScope account data, saved website analyses, generated reports, billing-related profile data, and saved project information.

Connected integration data

If optional third-party integrations are enabled and connected in the future, you can request deletion of stored connection records, access tokens, account identifiers, and related data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to milan@miaisolutions.com from the email address connected to your RivalyScope account. Include the subject line “RivalyScope Data Deletion Request” and tell us whether you want to delete your full account or specific stored data.

Verification

We may need to verify account ownership before deleting data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business operations.

Revoke third-party access directly

If a third-party integration is enabled in the future, you may also revoke access from that provider's account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized data access, but you should still contact us if you want stored RivalyScope records deleted.
