Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate RivalyScope, including account details such as email address, authentication records, submitted website URLs, competitor URLs, business type, location, analysis inputs, generated reports, usage events, billing status, and support communications.
Website analysis data
Submitted URLs and public website content are used to generate competitor website analysis, local SEO audit insights, technical website health findings, conversion recommendations, action plans, PDF reports, and shareable reports. Crawl quality may vary depending on what public content is available from each website.
Connected third-party integrations
If RivalyScope enables optional third-party integrations in the future, we may process account identifiers, authorized profile information, and permitted API data only for the features the user connects. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, run audits, generate reports, track usage credits, process payments through Stripe, improve reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Third-party processors
RivalyScope may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, website crawling, search data, technical checks, AI-assisted report generation, analytics, and background jobs. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data or website analysis data. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Public reports and share links
Reports are connected to the user account. Public report links are intended to be public only when sharing is enabled by the user. Share links can be disabled from the product when that feature is available for the report. Locked plan content is not intended to be exposed through public reports.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account data, report data, API keys, and access tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Data deletion and control
You may request deletion of your account data, reports, connected integration data, or other stored information by contacting milan@miaisolutions.com. Data deletion instructions are available at rivalyscope.com/data-deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing requests. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations.
Children
RivalyScope is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
